Shows & Festivals

The Webers do a few shows each year displaying their new work and meeting friends who have a love for pottery and fine craftsmanship. They usually demonstrate, Jim on his wheel gathers lots of interested people from the youngest to the oldest, will stop to watch and listens as Jim turns mud into pottery and expounds on his latest theories of learning.

Sally shares her love of painting with children or anyone who wants to paint one of her whimsical medallions with water colors and a sealer.

Their favorite show is at their own house, a Kiln Opening with friends over to play music. A local historian carving wooden spoons. A walk through the 1825 Dog-trot house will take you back in time or just sit and enjoy the old logs. Treats to eat. A continuous firing of Raku pottery out back keeps things hopping.

Of course Pottery for sale all over the yard and porch.

Always the first weekend in Dec and the first weekend after Easter.

Come and enjoy the ambiance.
